How quickly can I speak to a Doctor?

Not at all. You’ll be able to discuss all your options with the doctor during your consultation before making any decision. If you decide treatment isn’t right for you, that’s absolutely fine too. We’re here to help you find the approach that best supports your health and needs.

Do I have to buy what the Doctor tells me?

The first step is to complete a quick, online medical evaluation. This is to give the Doctor background on your medical history, lifestyle and allergies in order to recommend the right treatment plan for you.Next, book an online video consultation with one of our Doctors. This is required by law and costs $20. During this call, you can ask the Doctor questions and discuss treatment options before deciding how you would like to proceed.Once the call is over, we'll send your treatment directly to your door in discreet packaging.

How do I get a prescription?

No. If the Doctor deems you are unsuitable for a prescription treatment a plan won't be created for you. In this case we will recommend our clinically-proven non-prescription options which are backed by decades of independent research. Our Doctors uphold the highest level of standards for medicine and prescriptions.

Am I guaranteed a treatment plan?

Our Doctors have prescribed you a treatment plan.

If you place your order on a weekday before 6PM, it will be delivered within 4 hours. Orders made after 6PM will arrive the following morning. On weekends, orders placed before 1PM will be delivered the same day, while those after 1PM will arrive the next day.

How long will it take to receive my prescription?
